 using duck shoes to play golf in mud and rain February 8, 2008
The duck shoes was purchased so that I could play golf in the rain and mud at our local municipal golf course. 3-stars because there is a leak in the left shoe (from day-one) by the big toe. I can't locate the leak since it must be microscopic, but there is a leak. Other than this small problem the shoes are O.K. The shoes are about 1 to 1-1/2 size larger than average (as expressed by other reviewers).

Great waterproof boots at a great price. Sizing tip:if wearing average weight athletic socks,you might want a half size smaller.
Made well and hard to find. August 23, 2006
The shoes were a gift for my dad. They seem to be made well. His only complaint was that the tongue wasn't very long. Old duck shoes had tongues that folded over. With these the tongues slide back in the shoes when you're slipping them on and it's hard to get a hold of them to prevent this.
