Great piece of equipment and good instructional videoNovember 16, 2008 I love the pilates magic circle--it is great for toning and strength building, and it also helps with controlled movements. The video is a bit outdated, but it is a very helpful guide for the various pilates moves you can do with the ring for stand-alone, reformer, and mat exercises. It introduced a few moves that I had not seen before with the magic circle.
Perfect CircleAugust 12, 2008 I used this in my first pilates class and had to have one! I love that it has the pads on the inside and outside to maximize it's uses. Highly recommend over pilates rings without the padding!!

Magic Circle is Magical!!!March 27, 2008 I ordered the Pilates Magic Circle at the suggestion of my physical therapist. Originally, the Circle was to strengthen my core as I've been experiencing chronic back and neck pain for months. After a few weeks of PT and using the Circle for various work-outs, I decided to try the full Pilates work-out DVD that came with it. It is amazing to me that I can work my entire body with only the use of this simple Magic Circle! I feel stronger, more balanced, and actually enjoy working out daily in the comfort of my own home!! To me, the Magic Circle truly is MAGICAL!

Using this magic circle at home is a good addition to my pilates classes I take. Easy to use while I watch TV and effective for building muscle strength.
