Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
A quick glance at this digital timer, even from across the room, lets you know how much cooking time is left. The extra big digit model means you'll never need to grab a pair of glasses to keep tabs on time, plus the oversized buttons to set, start and stop time are simple to use, too. It counts up or down, works as a stopwatch, has a long and loud alarm and last count recall. Set for up to 100 minutes. For mounting, it easily clips or sticks via magnet, or use the handy stand. AAA battery included.

Amazon.com Review
No more burned cakes from a timer that couldn't be heard in the next room. This model not only has an extra-loud alarm but extra-big digits, so you can read it from afar. Easy to use, the timer simply has a start/stop button and two buttons for minutes and seconds. The timer counts either up or down, so it can be used as a stopwatch, with 100 minutes as the max. From a countdown mode, once the timer hits zero it begins counting up, so you know how much time has elapsed just in case you do miss the ring.

The go-anywhere timer has a magnet for sticking to the refrigerator, a clip for a pocket or apron, and a stand for setting on the counter. One AAA battery required for operation is included. --Ann Bieri

5 out of 5 stars Great timer   November 22, 2008
Great quality, great warranty and great price. We use these timers at work and they really love the large number display; it can be seen across the room.

4 out of 5 stars Could be better but I guess it's primary use is in the kitchen   August 30, 2008
I got this to time myself taking practice exams but it wasn't practical because exams have different times! I wish there was memory ... I wish I could turn the beeper volume down...

Other than the above, it's a good product and does what it's supposed to do very well...

4 out of 5 stars Nice Timer, only one flaw   March 28, 2008
It's a nice timer, big numbers and easy to use. My only complaint is that the fold out stand is rather weak so if you move it around it tends to snap shut. I would still buy it though.

4 out of 5 stars Timer review   February 16, 2008

I like this product a lot. The numbers are big and easy to see from a distance. I use it to time many things like cooking, working out and using facial masks. It has a magnet in the back which can attach to magnetic surfaces. My brother actually takes it to the park when he exercises and attaches it to the monkey bars. It also has an easel so it can stand up on a table as well. Only bad thing is I haven't figured out how to turn it off so I always have to take out the battery after I use it.

3 out of 5 stars So so   January 31, 2008

It beeps every time you push a button.
There's no way to turn it off.
I wanted a timer to carry around in my pocket, but the buttons get pressed and it beeps which is annoying.
