Not what you'd expect.October 16, 2008 I bought this item thinking that it would cut threw thin lairs of plastic, it doesn't. It was a cheap product so I didn't lose much.
If your looking for a item that cuts threw plastic in a circle keep looking elsewhere, cause this ain't it.
