This bullet camera utilizes a 0.33-inch black-and-white CCD (charge-coupled device) image sensor, with 512-by-492 effective picture elements. Built with a 4.3-millimeter fixed lens, the VQ1030 has a high resolution of 380 horizontal TVL (TV lines). This unit achieves a S/N (signal-to-noise) ratio of more than 48 dB, and can receive a picture down to a minimum illumination of 0.1 Lux. The unit features an automatic electronic shutter with an exposure time ranging from 1/60 to 1/100,000 of a second, as well as a male-to-male BNC (Bayonet Neill-Concelman, RF-type) connecting cable.
