Never got what I ordered.October 30, 2008 I did not get the oil filters that I ordered. I got air filters that did not even go to my generator. The order was correct; the package receipt was correct; the items placed in the box weren't even close. I finally got the company to refund my money but I had to call several times.

I ordered oil filters for my Guardian RV generator. The price was so much less that at the local dealer I bought three and with handling and shipping I was only Just over two dollars more than the price of one at the dealer. Were shipped as specified and I was notified by email they had shipped and shippment arrived on time.
