The BlenderJanuary 6, 2009 Purchased this as a Christmas gift for my parents (they are always in the kitchen) they were thrilled so I can't for anything more from a product. I will edit post if anything goes wrong after a month. So far so good :) In the meantime I loved the handy gadget so much that I'm going to buy one.
Handsome little machineJanuary 6, 2009 I can't live without these things, they're so convenient. I only just bought this one so I've only tested it once making soup but it was smooth and easy to wash (in the dishwasher). The only con, which is a minor one, is that it's a bit noisier than my old Phillips (I live in Europe and bought this one for my mother).
Excellent value stick blenderJanuary 6, 2009 This is a very good, simple immersion blender. Keep in mind the casing is plastic (although it looks like brushed stainless), however the blade portion is metal and removeable. Perfect for anyone who just needs a good blender without the fancy attachments.

Loved all cuisinart products except this one. I can't believe how cheap this one feels and behaved. Broke in less than 10 uses.
Not bad but..December 26, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Mine broke after a couple months. I used it a lot to blend drinks with ice so that was probably what killed it. I wouldn't recommend using it on ice.
