This is exactly what I was looking for - a solid, heavy, stable rack for my pots that was exactly the right size for the space. This is an industrial strength and made product - there are places where the steel is welded together that might send some to the therapist if they were not interested in having the added strength that these welds provide. This is a seriously heavy pot rack - and there is no way it should be installed unless into the joists of the kitchen - read the manual carefully. Once installed properly, this is very stable. The grid and hooks that are enclosed are seriously strong, and stay in place when pans are removed from the rack. The simple reason I got this from Amazon was the price. The only complaint was that delivery required a signature, UPS left a note on Tuesday saying they would be returning wednesday between 2 and 6 PM. Circumstances changed and someone was home all the next day - yes, UPS showed up at 10 AM - I would have missed it and been down to my third delivery chance before the thing was returned to sender - next time use FedEx if you can...
