 Not that durable! May 6, 2008
Got a couple of these mugs last year and they worked great! Kept my drink nice and cold, just as advertised.
But.
After a month of occasional use ( maybe two times a week during summer ) the first mug cracked. The final mug gave up the ghost as I poured an already refrigerated beverage into it last month. I wasn't abusing these mugs by any means, hand-washing and generally following care instructions, and neither mug was subjected to extreme temperature change when they cracked.

This product works very well. I had many of the older, liquid-filled mugs and these crystal-type mugs keep drinks just as cold, just as long. Furthermore, because the cold material is solid, it doesn't migrate to the bottom of the mug as it melts and you don't have to put these into the freezer upside down to get the cold stuff up to the rim.
