5 out of 5 stars Fits Portable Grand NP-30   January 8, 2009
After some research, I decided that, although it's not advertised to, this would probably fit my NP-30. In fact, it does. It is the same stand that you will see on Yamaha's promotional YouTube video for the NP-30. The alternative to this stand would be a generic folding stand. For my purposes, this is superior. It is more stable, lighter, less expensive, and less obtrusive as a piece of furniture than generic keyboard stand would be. The only disadvantage is that setting it up takes 3-5 minutes, rather than instantly for a regular stand. However for playing out the extreme light weight relative to a standard stand would definitely offset the increased setup time.

5 out of 5 stars Exact Fit on a Yamaha YPT 310   October 2, 2008

This stand fits perfectly with the Yamaha YPT 310. It is not even mentioned on their website that this is compatible with the YPT 310. I just got the hint from another buyer here. Quality is very nice. Stability is tops once the keyboard has been bolted on. I'm glad I went for this one. I was opting for the cheaper one where you just lay the keyboard on top. I guess a little bit more got me something way better than the cheap ones. I am very satisfied with this item. A 10 in my book.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent stand   September 29, 2008
This goes with the Yamaha bolt on keyboards, it is excellent, and very sturdy. The only drawback is you cant adjust the height.

4 out of 5 stars Very Sturdy Keyboard Stand   August 15, 2008

I am very pleased with this keyboard stand. It is extremely sturdy. The only disappointment I had was that the description stated that the keyboard stand was "collapsible." I assumed that meant that when it was mounted on the keyboard, it would fold for travel. Unfortunately, that is not the case. The stand must be unbolted each time, then it will collapse for travel. This is not very convenient.

5 out of 5 stars Works with YPT-310   May 31, 2008

This stand works perfectly with the Yamaha YPT-310. The unit assembled easily and is sturdy. The total height of the stand / keyboard is a bit tall compared to my 88-note Yamaha keyboard / stand (about an inch taller).
