Love 'emAugust 7, 2008 Hey, it beats throwing out egg yolks to get rid of the fat, and they're very handy to use. They whip up great and last a long time in the cupboard, so nothing bad about 'em!

They allow me to always have a little extra egg white on hand when I need it without the worry of refrigeration space or going bad before I can use them. It's great when I'm making a quick lemon meringue pie as it quickly and easily lets me double the amount of meringue without the waste of a whole egg.
