We love the Heineken BeerTender (having cold draft beer in the house is great!), and though you must have the BeerTender Tubes in order for it to work, there is frequently a problem with them. Sometimes the spout end of the tube doesn't allow the spigot top to shut properly, so we have to wiggle it around and play with it for a lot longer than seems right to get it to shut. When they slide right in, it's a wonderful thing, but about 75% of the time, this problem arises.
Other than that, Amazon got them delivered in short order, so Amazon gets five stars!
Only place to buy them?????July 9, 2008 Why is Amazon the only distributor? I wanted to buy the tubes in the store when I bought the Beer Tender but no go. On top of it Amazon raised the price almost double in the last month.

While it's a bit of a pain (and cost) to be tied to an item like this that needs replacing, what can beat the convenience of having beer on tap at home? At least the kegs are pretty reasonable!

I love the BeerTender and it was great to be able to order a bunch of the tubes in advance since it is so hard to find them at stores. If you have bought the mini-kegs in the past and have enjoyed them, then you should think about getting the BeerTender and order some tubes in advance. It can be very sad having a nice, cold mini-keg in your BeerTender and no tubes for dispensing!

Works perfectly with the Heineken Draughtkegs. Its a great way to get Heineken Light on Draught!
