Excellent motherboardDecember 13, 2008 It can be tricky to get a memory setting that is stable when overclocking, but when you get it... Wow. This board really kicks some ace.
Good Mobo but change RAM voltageSeptember 16, 2008 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
I had the same problem of intermittent and unexplained restarts. I read somewhere that OCZ recommends a voltage setting of 1.9 volts. This MoBo comes with a default setting of 1.5 Changed it to 1.9 and the problem went away.

intel dx48bt2 small problemSeptember 5, 2008 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Well I suppose this is a good board and Amazon was very quick in replacing it, but out of the box I was unable to enter bios. I was able to update to the latest version no problem and boot into windows vista fine but when pressing F2 all I would get was a blank black screen and I would have to reset. Strange problem, I know. There is one more problem and it's that my computer restarts at random, All parts are brand new and for my sanity sake I hope that is related to the motherboard as well. Update: Setting OCZ memory voltage to 1.9 fixed the restarting problem, Thanks. It will be a few months before I get a chance to work on the bios problem. In the mean time if anyone else has same problem and comes up with a fix please write review.
Don't use 1600 ram if going 8GigSeptember 3, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This is a fine MB, the only issue I had is that it doesn't support 8 Gig(4x2G) of 1600 RAM but only 4 Gig(2X2G). Buy the slower 1333 RAM and save some $ and grief. Otherwise this board works great. I would also recommend visiting the Intel site and buying only RAM that is certified.
