Check w/Lexmark for correct operating systemDecember 20, 2008 Just received my Lexmark x7350 and it works great after one day. Need to warn buyers to check w/Lexmark for the correct operating system/driver (see link below). Amazon listed it worked with ME Millennium and earlier version, but it did not work with my ME. I spent hours trouble shooting it, when finally checked with the Lexmark website and called Lexmark support that stated the same. Fortunately I have a laptop with XP and was able to install with it. The laptop is used in the living room and the downside is the printer has to be in the living room too. If I didn't have the alternative laptop I would of had to return printer or buy new operating system. More out of pocket expense for what was a good price on the printer. I reported to Amazon to update OS info. [...]
great machine at a fantastic priceNovember 30, 2008 I am very pleased with this all-in-one printer. I have had several brands of printers, and my preference has always been Lexmark. They are easy to operate. I love the automatic feed on this model. I didnt realize what I've been missing all these years without it. The seller was very quick in shipping and in addressing my questions.
Amazing productMay 23, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This is the perfect home office unit. Small space required, very functional, easy to setup and use. And the cost, fantastic. Nobody could believe what I paid.
Still learningMay 23, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
So far this printer/copier 4 in one seems to be a very fine item indeed. I still have some to learn about how and when to use 8 1/2 x 14 paper and I haven't yet needed the fax capability.
Beware of Lexmark ProductsDecember 20, 2007 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I purchased this machine for small business use about a year ago. Lexmark has replaced the machine twice due to warranty issues, and now the 3rd one is jamming during scanning. The only way to get it unstuck is to unplug the machine, pressing the power button does nothing. I'm sure its just a matter of time before this replacement is inoperable. I will not be requesting another replacement from Lexmark when this happens, its not worth the headache any longer. I, instead , will be purchasing another machine from a different manufacturer. The only reason this product got 2 stars is because it was a good price for all of its functions, and because they Did replace the unit twice, but with little hassle. So that makes you wander how often are they replacing "bad" machines for them to do it with such little hassle??
