Product Description As an incoming freshman, Percy isn't expecting his high school orientation to be any fun. But when a mysterious mortal acquaintance appears, followed by demon cheerleaders, things quickly move from bad to worse.
In this fourth installment of the blockbuster series, time is running out as war between the Olympians and the evil Titan lord Kronos draws near. Even the safe haven of Camp Half Blood grows more vulnerable by the minute as Kronos's army prepares to invade its once impenetrable borders. To stop them, Percy and his demigod friends will set out on a quest through the Labyrinth-a sprawling underground world with stunning surprises at every turn. Full of humor and heart-pounding action, this fourth book promises to be their most thrilling adventure yet.
Feels too naiveDecember 4, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
I read the book and it felt like a pretty good book for an elementary or maybe middle schooler. It's really casual and even more carefree than Goosebumps.
OutstandingDecember 3, 2008 Another fine addition to the "Percy Jackson and The Olympians" series. Like the earlier books, this one has humor, adventure, and non-stop action. These books also serve as a wonderful introduction to Greek mythology. I can't wait for the next in this series!
nice bookDecember 1, 2008 I ordered this book for my 12-year-old son. First, I must say that I use the regular delivery speed, and I received this book in four days, which was faster than I expected. My son loves this book very much. Right after he got this book, he started reading. I had to tell him several times that it was time to go to sleep, please stop reading. He simply could not put this book down. Now he is recommending this book to all of his friends in our neighborhood.
