Good ValueNovember 30, 2008 I was very glad to get this locking cap at the price (much cheaper than local stores). It is a little difficult to operate; you have to remember to hold the key in position while turning the cap handle, or else it doesn't come unlocked. Since I have several keys and tags on my key fob, along with the vehicle door unlocking device, there is limited space in the gas door area to do this. In order to protect the expensive gasoline in the tank, however, it is worth the trouble.

Bad capOctober 16, 2008 Product was received and installed on my truck. When I needed to refill the tank I was surprised to find out that the key wasn't turning the mechanism to remove the cap. It was defective and I had to break the cap cover to remove it from the tank. Really poor quality

I am sure this would work fine, but it is not a universal item and I had to return it.
